Bodybuilding Training

(NASM) National Academy of Sports Medicine Trainer

As a NASM certified trainer, I will put together and create a bodybuilding training program specially designed just for you.  

 

Personal & Small Group Training are available for the following days and times:

Monday-Friday: 
5:30am – 6:45am
6:30pm – 7:45pm  

Saturday:
9:00am – 11:00am   

Sunday:
9:00am – 11:00am  

 

Class Details

The format of these classes are as follows:

–  (05) Five minute warm-up.

–  (40) Forty minutes of strength training using barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells & TRX ropes.

–  (05 – 10) Five to ten minutes of a metabolic conditioning session.

The metabolic conditioning session is an anaerobic cardio builder with continuos movement.  Some examples include box jumps, kettle bell swings, and sit-ups.

 

Additional Class Notes

–  May call to schedule personal training session outside of these hours.

–  Classes are held indoors.

–  Indoor classes will be held at Hart Fitness or Crunch.
