(HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training

Personal & Small Group Training are available for the following days and times:

 

Monday-Friday: 
5:30am – 6:45am
6:30pm – 7:45pm  

Saturday:
9:00am – 11:00am   

Sunday:
9:00am – 11:00am  

 

Class Details

Classes are broken down as follows:

–  (10) Ten minute stretch and warm-up.

–  (50) Fifty minutes of work at your pace.

In high intestate interval training, we incorporate multiple scaled levels for each workout.  For example, can’t do a pull-up?  Alternative pull-up options would be available including ring rows, banded pull-ups, jumping pull-ups and TRX ropes.

We tend to do (3) three workouts in this time frame.  

 

High Intensity Interval Training Workouts Can Include:

AMRAP – Doing the routines as many times as possible in a fixed amount of time.

EMOM – Every minute on the minute you do 1 or 2 motions. 

 

Common Repetition and Couple Scheme:

We combine 2 or 3 movements and you need to do the movements in the allotted rep scheme, 5-15-25-15-5.

Again, you go at your own pace.  We are all on different levels of our fitness journey.  The only thing we compete against is our last score.

 

Additional Class Notes

–  May call to schedule personal training session outside of these hours.

–  Classes are held indoors and outdoors.

–  Indoor classes will be held at Hart Fitness or Crunch.

–  Outdoor classes are held at Lake Patterson Forest Preserve.
